Our Mission:
The Targhee Animal Shelter works to improve the welfare of all animals in Teton County by promoting humane care and treatment, while temporarily housing those in need until they can be adopted out to a permanent home.

Veterinarians
Teton County Idaho requires all dog over the age of 6 months to be licensed
Spay/Neutered Dogs $7.50 per calendar year license expires Dec. 31st each year
Unaltered Dogs $15.00 per calendar year license expires Dec. 31st each year
Kennel License $25.00 6+ dogs and $2.50 per tag.
You may purchase your license at the Dept. of Motor Vehicles in Driggs.
If your animal is found running at large without the proper county license you will be fined the following
1st offense $57.50
